In this webinar we explore why we can get stuck and what to do about it. It can help to turn emotional pain that you might be experiencing into feelings of love and gratitude.

Everyone can experience difficult emotions, like anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame, hurt and frustration at times in their lives. Currently fear is a dominant emotion, as we may worry about what the future holds, or whether we will lose our job / house / health or more. We might feel shame or embarrassment about a change in circumstances and what our neighbours, family, friends or colleagues might think. Some of us might be putting on weight or getting out of shape and feel powerless to change it Many of us can feel shame when we are forced to put ourselves first, worried that we might be seen as selfish and uncaring of others.   

When you are experiencing these challenging emotions, it is easy to blame others with feelings of paralysis or even loss of hope. In these circumstances we can only see the downsides to a situation. If you are experiencing difficult emotions right now, this webinar will help you to see them as a prompt, a message from your unconscious or intuition to search for the other side and look for the blessing in any crisis. In this webinar, John will explain how you can look at your emotional pain and the events that surround it (or led to it) from different angles. This can enable you to see a bigger picture, the full picture, including the upsides. By having a more balanced perspective, you can let go of ignorance and suffering and instead experience balance and gratitude.

In this webinar, John will look into more detail at what is meant by love – not the infatuation with another, but a true balanced form of love, and how gratitude manifests. He will share how you can embrace times of change, using an emotional release process based upon awareness, acknowledgement and acceptance, leaving you in a position of control to make changes in your life to move forward with love and gratitude. He will also share a process on how to release grief, pain or loss, so you can let go of people or circumstances emotionally.
