A typical day at La Crisalida

Below is an example of the type of day you might expect at La Crisalida health and wellbeing Retreats. There is no pressure – all activities are optional – you can pick and choose which classes you wish to participate in and give yourself plenty of time to relax.

When you arrive at the retreat we will give you the programme for the week. A new weekly activity programme is available every Sunday.

Some days we swap the classes, so sometimes the walk will be at 8am and other days it is at 10.30am (and in the summer the walk might be in the evening); the same applies to morning yoga classes. That way, you can have a sleep in and not miss your chosen health and wellbeing retreat activities!

8.00 Guided walk (90 minutes)

9.30 Breakfast

10.30 Yoga (90 minutes)

12.15pm Rebounding, Aqua aerobics (summer only), Exercise class (30 minutes)

12.45 Meditation (quiet)

1.30 Lunch (juice or plant-based food)

Welcome chat for new guests

Siesta time

3.00pm Afternoon activity: Juice demo or Cooking Demonstration (60 minutes), workshop

4.00pm Afternoon juice

4.30pm Class: yoga , exercise, workshop (90 minutes)

6.30pm Dinner

7.30pm Guided Visualisation, Yoga Nidra or Life Makeover Workshop. Summer months: Evening walk
