In this webinar, John draws on his experience of working with many hundreds of coaching clients and workshop attendees experiencing conflict in its many forms. John has spent over a decade studying, teaching and writing about human potential and behaviour and brings to you the steps and understanding necessary to dissolve the conflicts that you are experiencing regularly in your life.

At first glance, conflict, chaos or turmoil can be seen as something to avoid at all cost. However, accepting these and looking for the benefits (as well as the downsides) can help to bring about massive change. John will share some simple models that help to illuminate what is happening, so that you can understand, create clarity and then make changes to move forward in your life.

If you feel stuck, for example in a job, house, relationship, or with your health or weight, this can be a sign of a hidden conflict you may currently not be aware of. Perhaps you wish to follow a dream, but you feel it conflicts with looking after your family, or the relationship with your partner.

This may lead to feelings of blame, resentment or anger towards your family member(s) or partner. Perhaps you are experiencing conflict at work. You might be feeling stuck in a job, because you have been in that career for many years, but are yearning to make a change. If you say you want to lose weight, but keep reaching for the crisps or simply cannot move yourself off the sofa, these could be signs that you are experiencing unresolved conflict within. Feelings of apathy, when you just can´t be bothered to do something is another indication of an unresolved inner conflict.

In this webinar, John will help you to identify areas where you might be becoming stuck by blaming others, or where you feel a victim. By looking at these areas, and using our models, you can start to understand what is happening and why.
