Super green smoothie recipe
Looking for a tasty green smoothie recipe? Then look no further! Our super green smoothie recipe is just what it says – super! This is a pure vegetable smoothie, no fruit.
Drinking a freshly made smoothie or juice on a regular basis is an easy way to increase the amount of raw vegetables and fruit that you consume. The vitamin C supplied by the lemon helps your body to absorb and utilise the iron content in the spinach and broccoli. This smoothie is packed with fibre, which supports a healthy digestive system.
Fresh herbs in your smoothie: We’ve listed fresh mint as an optional ingredient in this smoothie. Blending fresh herbs into your smoothies brings an added taste sensation and mint really does make this smoothie truly decadent.
