Orange, strawberry and mint mocktail

Christmas orange and strawberry mocktail recipe wellbeing retreat Spain

As it’s our festive issue, we are delighted to share one of our new mock-tails: orange, strawberry and mint alcohol-free cocktail. This is a great one for all the family to enjoy.

Orange has such an association with Christmas for many of us and brings a delicious festive twist. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries to make this cocktail. Remember, if you are using frozen strawberries, take them out of your freezer and allow them to soften before using. They don’t have to completely defrost, as they help to bring the slush type texture, but check that your blender can cope with them!

We love to add the sparkling mineral water, to give it that fizz feeling!

Orange, strawberry and mint mocktail

Serves: 8


2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
Fresh juice from 4 oranges
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
Big bunch of fresh mint chopped
Sparkling mineral water, as needed

To garnish: fresh strawberry, mint leaves and orange slice


Place the frozen strawberries into the blender. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, rice syrup and blend until smooth. Add a little still water if needed. 

Pour into a jug, stir in the mineral water and a little crushed ice.

Then pour into cocktail glasses.

Serve in a cocktail glass with a fresh strawberry and small orange slice on the edge of the glass and a mint leaf on the top.
