Juice recipe: Green lights
It’s fantastic that at last the world is waking up to juicing. It’s a wonderful, easy, convenient, cost effective way of flooding your body with essential micro-nutrients which can nurture and heal the body in almost miraculous ways. If you have a busy lifestyle, make sure you add juicing to your schedule!
Juicing can help to rebalance the effects of an acidic diet, reverse chronic illness and boost your energy too. Here is the recipe for one of our most popular evening green juices, Green Lights at only 161 calories:
Handful of spinach (or kale)
2 apples
2cm lemon (unwaxed)
3cm broccoli – stem best, florets okay
