Fruit delight juice recipe for immune system boost

fruit delight juice recipe juice retreat

Sometimes it´s great to enjoy a freshly made all-fruit juice. If you have children, they will most probably really enjoy this one!

Packed full of vitamins, particularly vitamin C, this will give your immune system a powerful boost, helping to ward off colds and coughs. To make the juice a little more substantial and filling, you can add half an avocado – first make your juice, then add the juice into your blender with the avocado and blend.

There has been quite a lot of attention in the media over recent years about sugar, saying that many people have too much sugar in their diet. We agree that often people have too much processed sugar in their diet. Fruit sugar is natural, from a natural source. Read our recent article about sugar here for more information. Fruit also contains many vitamins and minerals, so it´s still important to include fruit as part of a healthy diet. This all-fruit juice is one way to ensure you consume some of those recommended five-a-day fruits and veggies!
