A: You will need a selection of clothes, including exercise gear (something you can move freely in – shorts, jogging pants, tops). Summer is hot! Remember your swim wear, shorts and t-shirts for wandering around in and clothing for the evenings (we suggest you include a cardigan or jumper even in early/late summer).
If you are coming early or late in the year, you will need warmer clothes (jumper/sweatshirts, jackets, long trousers) – the temperature can dip quite low in the winter, particularly early morning or at night.
A good pair of trainers, plus socks, for walking are needed (or walking shoes), bring something comfortable. Also, bring footwear to wear around the pool and perhaps a pair for the evening.
Other items to consider include: water bottle, sunglasses, something to read, a journal/diary (something to write in), sun-cream and sunhat, beach towel, toiletries and a carry bag (for going to the beach!). Towards the start of the year or end of the year you might also need a light raincoat – although it doesn´t rain very often, it can sometimes arrive!
Remember to bring a sufficient supply of any medications that you are on – please inform us in advance about your medication. All of the rooms have small fridges for your use.
You do not need to bring any activity equipment with you– all exercise equipment such as yoga mats will be provided. Bath towels are provided and all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.
