This month the theme for our new articles is time to breathe.

Life can be very busy and sometimes it´s good to take time out to pause, breathe and reflect. Whilst breathing is something that comes naturally to us all, many of us pay little attention to it on a regular basis. Our new articles this month look at how breathing impacts upon on our health. In our life makeover article we look at how to use breathing to alleviate depression, anxiety and panic. In restorative yoga we use breathing to deepen our relaxation and connection to self. We also look at breathing and our cells – find out which foods to include in your diet to oxygenate your body and help prevent the damaging effect of free radicals. There are also two new recipes to help your body to breathe.
