La Crisalida Retreats offer a wide-ranging activity programme, which you can participate in during your stay. All of our activities on offer are designed to support your health and wellbeing.
Activities vary between our two centres, to make the most of the natural locations, climate and facilities available. However the core of what you can experience at our retreat centres encompass all eight elements of the La Crisalida holistic programme for health and wellbeing.
By the end of your stay our aim is that you can feel re-connected, re-balanced and re-energised.
All activities are optional, so you can pick and choose which activities you want to participate in, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
Our online retreats are also available to give you access to some of our activities such as mindfulness, life coaching and other retreat activities in the comfort of your own home.
