Activities

During your stay at La Crisalida Retreats you can participate in a wide-ranging and full activity programme, designed to support your health and wellbeing.

Activities typically start before breakfast, at 8am and run through to around 8.30pm or 9pm, every day, with time in between to rest, sunbathe, sleep or chat with new friends.

All activities are optional, so you can pick and choose which activities you want to participate in, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The activities encompass all eight elements of the La Crisalida Programme, to enable you to feel re-connected, re-balanced and re-energised by the end of your stay with us.

We offer you the choice to attend the activities that most interest you, to support the retreat of your choice. For example, if you want to experience a yoga retreat in Spain, then enjoy the daily yoga classes. If your focus is a detox or weight loss retreat, maybe you choose rebounding, walks and exercise classes, with occasional yoga classes. We suggest choosing a balanced variety of activities during your stay, to experience the entirety of our holistic programme. It’s your healthy holiday, so you choose!

Our online retreats are also available to give you access to some of our activities such as mindfulness, life coaching and other retreat activities in the comfort of your own home.
